Who We Are

Hello from our family here at Campbell Photobooth Productions to yours! We're David and Megan, the owners of the company. Proud parents of three amazing children who are the motivation behind our company. Starting this photobooth business has been a labor of love for us, as we juggle our roles as parents, entrepreneurs and full-time employees. We both grew up in families where pictures were always being taken to then look back on and cherish together. Those memories resonate with us still to this day and play a role into why we are embarking on this journey to grow a service that we believe is what every event is missing. The ability to capture timeless photos and videos from a photobooth of you and your guests as you all create memories together that will last just as long. Your support not only helps us provide for our family but also allows us to fulfill our dream of spreading joy and laughter through our photobooth experiences. Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is needed for the photobooth set up?

    We ask for a 10’x 10’ space for the equipment and access to a power outlet for photobooth to function. Our photobooth is roughly 8ft tall with our flash umbrella on. 

  • Will an attendant be on site to operate the photobooth?

    Yes, at all events we will provide an on site attendant to ensure your rental runs smoothly.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance.

  • How long will it take to set up/break down the photobooth?

    We ask for an allotted time of at least 2 hours to set up prior to your event and an hour to break down the equipment. Don’t stress, the allotted time we ask for is on us! 

  • Is a deposit required? And is the deposit refundable?

    Yes, when booking with us we require a 50% deposit to secure your date and rental time. The remaining balance will be collected 2 weeks from the booking date. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Do our guests also gain access to the event photo gallery?

    24 hours after the event you will receive the link to your events private galley. After you receive the link you're then able to allow guests access to the whole event gallery. Remember, depending on the package you book your guests will leave with their own digital download or printed photo in hand. 

  • Do you offer services for outdoor events?

    Yes, our photobooths can be rented for an outdoor event with the proper set up location and of course weather permitting. We must have a space where our photobooth can be set up in a shaded area with level ground. Our product is not suited for grass, patches of dirt, or any uneven surface.

  • Does my rental include the use of a backdrop?

    Yes, we currently offer the choice between two backdrops. Those choices being a white marble or a black marble option. 

  • How far in advance should I book my event?

    We believe there’s no such thing as too far in advance!  Let’s get you booked for any event you may be thinking about.  

  • Do you have travel fees?

    We proudly serve Northern Kentucky and the surrounding Tri-State Area by offering a free travel service to our clients within a 30 mile radius. Clients outside of that radius will be charged an additional cost.
